We’re excited to unveil our latest project—an ADU that has been crafted on top of an existing garage! This build has been a journey, involving not just a custom design but significant structural work.
🔹 From Ground Up: As part of this project, we tore out an old carport to make way for this new living space. Our team also expertly dug into the hillside, laying a solid foundation for the ADU while maintaining the beauty of the landscape.
🔹 Modern Living: This new unit is designed to provide a comfortable and functional living space, perfect for guests or as an additional home office.
