Loma Linda ADU

We recently completed a custom Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) built atop an existing garage, transforming the space after removing a carport and excavating into the hillside. This ADU offers a versatile living environment, featuring a Murphy bed that allows it to serve as both a guest room and an office. Thoughtful design elements, such as a Tadelakt Moroccan finish and arch doorways, enhance the unit’s character. The full kitchen is equipped with Meile appliances and marble finishes, complemented by a dedicated laundry area for added convenience. Additionally, we implemented custom steel supports designed to hold the 400-pound floating solid marble shelves, ensuring both strength and a clean, modern look, resulting in a stylish and functional living space.
